Follow-up Comment #2, bug #53474 (project octave):
Thanks for the feedback.
The issue would be resolved for me if the warning message was updated to:
warn_qt_tools="one or more of the Qt utility programs moc, uic, rcc, lrelease,
qcollectiongenerator, and qhelpgenerator not found; disabling Qt GUI"
