Follow-up Comment #3, bug #53502 (project octave):
Why is 1837.24+603.14 displayed as 2440.4 instead of 2440.38
Other floating point issues like 7/3 - (1/3)*7 != 0 or sin (pi) != 0.
Note that there may already be issues like this in the FAQ, but it might be
useful to group them together, or have a list of the items pointing to the
relevant sections. I don't expect new uesrs will actually find and read the
FAQ before reporting problems, but maybe we can remember that it exists and
point them to it when there are reports about these kinds of issues.
