Details:

Plotting on Windows 10 works unexpectedly: you can see in attachment that X
axis is shifted up on some delta value upper than Y minimum.

Also you can see that I pointed mouse cursor on the real point (~30, ~31);
mouse pointer is invisible on print screen; but the axis corner does not
coincide with expected coordinates (~30, ~31).
