Follow-up Comment #18, bug #52496 (project octave): just a warning, this may not be the end of Windows CMD changes. https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/commandline/2017/10/11/whats-new-in-windows-console-in-windows-10-fall-creators-update/ and apparently "Windows Subsystem for Linux" is a feature with some attention from the MS development community. It maybe that there will be a better way to hook into the Windows CLI moving forward? That may require someone who knows what it is that project is trying to do in the first place. https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/commandline/2017/10/11/whats-new-in-wsl-in-windows-10-fall-creators-update/ _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?52496> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
