Follow-up Comment #13, bug #55172 (project octave):

I have pushed the changes after removing the trailing whitespace and editing
the NEWS entry.

Since the thin operator is now Matlab compatible, and Matlab claims to use it
for the thicken operation, shouldn't we be using thin on thicken instead of
thin-pratt?
