I applied your patch to the "matgeom_separation" branch of geometry.
Sadly, the @svg class is broken in this version...working on it

Btw, do you have any suggestion on how a dependency with this python module
should be handled?
I was directly including the code of the old monolithic version, shall I now
get the module folder? shall I leave this dependency resolution to the user?
