Details:

Such a problem, there is a program for the GNU Octave environment saved in
UTF-8 encoding and Unix line wrapping format, created in Ubuntu (GNU Octave
4.2.2), it works correctly, the Russian text on the graph is displayed
correctly, but if you copy it to a machine with windows 10, on which Octave
5.1 is installed, and run, then the Russian text is not displayed correctly,
crocodiles, well, that is, there is a clear problem with the encodings. At the
same time, in the settings of the built-in editor, UTF-8 encoding was selected
and the correct, exactly the same line break format as on a Ubuntu machine,
but the Russian text does not work on the graphs, while the output of the
Russian text to the Octave console also does not work . What is the problem?
Maybe somewhere else there is an encoding setting?
