Follow-up Comment #5, bug #57163 (project octave): _"private folders shouldn't be in the path"_ When debugging core functions one sooner or later automatically steps into a private function. True, one can copy the entire package directory to elsewhere and in the copy move private functions a level up so that they're no more private.
