Follow-up Comment #33, bug #57522 (project octave):
I didn't follow the last patches here, so I don't see where the issue of case
sensitivity came up, but yeah, let's discuss that elsewhere. There are already
package name comparisons in pkg.m and subfunctions that are case sensitive, so
let's not change it buried in a side effect of another unrelated change.
I'm a Unixy person, but I'm in favor of case insensitivity in this matter.
I'll move that to a new bug report.
