Details:
The Matlab version of fileattrib allows file attributes to be set, not just
read. This isn't a very high priority since users can manipulate these values
outside of Octave very easily. In a UNIX shell, it would be chmod, in a
Windows shell, it would be attrib. Or this capability is available from file
explorers / directory browsers.
