                  Status:                    None => Need Info              
                 Release:                   5.1.0 => 5.2.0

Follow-up Comment #5:

Bumping the version to 5.2 since it has been checked there.

Can the original reporter verify whether this happens with a file stored on a
local drive?  Or is this a problem with networed drives and unreliable
modification times of the file.
