Details:
According to the Filesystem Hierarchy Standard (FHS) version 3.0, sections 4.6
<http://refspecs.linuxfoundation.org/FHS_3.0/fhs/ch04s06.html> and 4.7
<http://refspecs.linuxfoundation.org/FHS_3.0/fhs/ch04s07.html>, executable
files should not be installed in /usr/lib.
The install function in pkg/private/install.m installs the *.oct files in
/usr/lib with execute access, which is a violation of FHS.
Please, change install.m in order to install non-executable *.oct files.
