Details:

The generate_html package produces incorrect results where demo blocks that do
not produce figures appear after blocks that do.
Have a look at the following page for the ctmc() function from the queueing
package that I maintain:

The function includes three demo blocks: 
- the first demo does not produce any figure, and is rendered correctly;
- the second demo produces a figure, that is correctly shown;
- the third demo does not produce a figure; however, the figure for the
previous demo is shown again.

The attached patch should fix this problem.
