Follow-up Comment #20, bug #57033 (project octave):
I tried again after wiping ccache's cache (in case it was corrupt somehow).
After that, I followed the same steps that you listed in comment #19 but I
applied the patch (bug57033_spqr_rev6.patch) on top of hg id 18bd65ad4e7d.
Octave still crashes during "make check". Also the minimal steps from comment
#16 still cause a crash.
I don't see any obvious differences in the config.log file either.
You are using Java 8, I have Java 11. But that shouldn't make a difference.
It would be interesting to know if anyone else is seeing the same crash or if
it is just me.
