Follow-up Comment #1, bug #58350 (project octave):
Thanks for noting this down and sorry for the delayed response. But I see no
obvious cause, and all I could do up to now is to push a changeset which
prints some diagnostic information in case of failed closing (wish I had done
this before). Don't know if I can ask you to get the changeset from the
repository, build the package from scratch and run your procedure again for 8
hours...
BTW, calling 'parcellfun_set_nproc(0);' in the loop should not be necessary
and is inefficient, since it causes the process creation to newly happen when
you call parcellfun. Dropping this call would probably avoid the problem you
described (although I'd rather like to have it fixed).
