Follow-up Comment #7, bug #58393 (project octave):

I made the change in the config file.  I reloaded the service.  Not sure
whether that is enough.  If not, I'll try restarting it.

Now I'm wondering whether we should just fix "make check" to exit with a
failure status if Octave crashes?  I'm surprised that doesn't already happen.
