Details:

Octave 6 no longer compiles with SUNDIALS IDA v2.7.0 (the latest version that
works with Octave 5).
For the first release candidate of Octave 6, the dependencies have to be
updated. Also the build rule for SUNDIALS IDA v2.7.0 can be removed once the
"release-octave" rule switches to Octave 6.
I probably won't be around for the first RC. So I'll upload a patch here that
could be used.
