Details:

Hi, 

I've noticed a (suspected) bug regarding the child container of a uipanel. I'm
working with a GUI with predefined uicontrol elements, on a panel, and I
wanted to untangle that so that the parent object of the uicontrol elements is
the figure itself. Then I set the panel's visibility off and my uicontrol
elements vanished, too. 

I've attached a minimal example. I expected to see the 2nd pushbutton still in
the figure when I run the code ... 
I tested this in the current Octave dev (as of May 2020), 5.1, Matlab 2010a
and 2015b. It's all the same.
