Follow-up Comment #14, bug #50708 (project octave):
Not so much awkward or demotivating as outright insulting, and proof positive
that beggars can be choosers.
It may be that Pei-Tam algorithm may be only slightly more computationally
expensive, but the fact remains that nobody has lifted a finger to do this in
the 3 years this bug has been open.
But it may work out better this way. I hereby revoke all license to the Octave
project to use this code.
So, enjoy writing it yourself. I'm sure it will meet your coding standards
much more than my attempt.
Feel free to close this bug, as it's no longer relevant.
