Follow-up Comment #4, bug #59038 (project octave):

Oops, I somehow missed that you were already running 'test legend' by itself.

Other things to check:

1) Are you somewhow using gnuplot, rather than qt as the graphics toolkit?

2) If you copy the code into it's own m-file and run it, does it still have a
problem or is it only when run serially amidst all the other legend BIST
tests?  I've attached the necessary file.

3) If you put in a delay using pause() after changing the fontsize does it
work?  (Maybe the callbacks which change the "position" property are still
working when the function call to get the "position" occurs.
