URL: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?59054> Summary: [MXE Octave] Can't build current octave-stable Project: GNU Octave Submitted by: mmuetzel Submitted on: Wed 02 Sep 2020 01:36:01 PM CEST Category: Configuration and Build System Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Item Group: None Status: None Assigned to: None Originator Name: Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Release: 6.0.90 Discussion Lock: Any Operating System: GNU/Linux _______________________________________________________ Details: It's currently not possible to compile Octave from the stable branch with MXE Octave. If MXE Octave is configured with "--enable-octave=stable" it still downloads the sources of the release candidate from alpha.gnu.org: [download] octave-6.0.90.tar.lz [build] stable-octave The existing source tarball with the stable source is overwritten by that download because it has the same name. The corresponding log file is named "release-octave-download". The buildbots seem to have the same issue (i.e., the release and stable buildbots are building the release candidate). _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?59054> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
