Thanks, Rik! Sorry I did not reply sooner; I appreciate you taking action
while it was at the top of your mind rather than waiting on my dawdling. :)
Next time I am working with this code, I'll try to compare the gnuplot tookit
results with the qt toolkit results and see if there's a low-hanging tweak to
make them more similar.
