Follow-up Comment #95, bug #57591 (project octave):

Could you re-run the tests for the build with 64bit OpenBLAS?
Does it segfault again at the same test?

I'm not sure if we are running continuous tests for that configuration.
AFAICT, 64bit BLAS/LAPACK libraries are still quite rare.
It might be we are doing something wrong in Octave. But it might also be an
error in OpenBLAS. It might be not very well tested with 64bit indices...
