Follow-up Comment #4, bug #59203 (project octave):

This is very strange when I execute this piece of code:

**********
pkg load io
[numeros, texto] = xlsread("./Excel_xls.xlsx", 'page1');
**********

Everything goes fine (“xlsread” recognize accents marks), and without
closing Octave I open the program, where I have the problem, “xlsread”
recognize accents marks.
But if I open Octave clicking directly the program or if I open Octave from
his “.exe” and then I go to the program and execute it, “xlsread”
command does not import the accents marks.
