Follow-up Comment #6, bug #59412 (project octave):
The initial No such file or directory errors seem interesting as not sure why
it could be looking qt.conf etc.
To verify, octave was installed via the windows install file or the zip file
?
How is octave being started ? The installer shortcut or some other method ?
