Details:

The repository link on the NaN package page (i.e. here:
https://octave.sourceforge.io/nan/index.html ) is broken.

It is currently:

    https://octave.sourceforge.io/pkg-repository/nan/

I believe it should be:

    https://octave.sourceforge.io/pkg-repository/NaN/

(i.e. note the capitalisation).

Apologies for not simply creating a pull request etc, I don't know where the
repository for the octave forge website resides. Happy to contribute this way
in the future if you point this out in the comments here. Thank you.
