Details:

When moving a window, eg. trying to have the workspace on the right hand side
compared to the default layout, after pressing the mouse, as soon as i start
to move, the window (inside octave) detaches and creates its own window in the
Gnome shell.

*Expected behaviour*
Like MATLAB, Photoshop, Krita, Gimp, etc. you can normally rearrange
workspaces within the window to a layout of your personal preference. I
expected the window to not detach, and Octave to highlight some snapping zones
where I could release and attach.
