I implemented cospi and sinpi functions in this changeset:
http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/b58e3a04fab3.

I'm going to mark this bug as fixed and close it.  But, a separate bug report
could be opened for yyaxis.  On the other hand, it's not like we don't know
that the function is missing.  It's just difficult to implement currently.
