Details:
1. In Octave GUI open a file via the editor, i.e. edit file.m
2. Select some code (for example to copy it)
3. Switch the window (for example to paste the code in there)
4. Switch back to Octave GUI
Result: the selected code disappears
I'm using OpenSUSE Tumbleweed with XFCE 4.16. I've tried the Octave version
5.2 from my distribution and 6.1 from Flatpak, too.
