Details:
When octave GUI is opened fullscreen on one monitor, un-fulscreened, moved to
another monitor, and full-screened again, all space characters that were
visible when moving the window are rendered as tabs instead. Changing text
size and then changing it back fixes the issue.
Problem on Windows 10 with a Dell XPS and Dell monitor.
