Details:

When adding some matrices of different orders even though it's not possible
OCTAVE does solve it somehow. It does not get solved in MATLAB too.  I am new
to octave and MATLAB so if there is any solution to this please let me know. I
did not find any bug record for this problem and if there is any just send me
a link.
