[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #60051] When closing all editor tabs, these are still restored at next startup

Follow-up Comment #5, bug #60051 (project octave):

First issue: OK. That's the topic of this bug report now.

Second issue: I've now retested with older versions of Octave, and there is no
change in behavior, so no regression. I would still prefer Octave to restore
the GUI tabs in the order they were during the last shutdown. But that would
then be a feature request and no bug report, so let's just drop it here.
