Details:

several packages also quaternion from octave forge 
have autoload in their Description. 
It is set to 'no' in any cases I have observed. 
I wonder whether this is a feature to be documented. 
Does it mean that it is loaded at startup? 
If so, what is the value if autoload is required? 'yes'? 
I tried with my own package but autoload='yes' had no effect. 

If this is a hidden feature, please add according documentation.
