Details:

The word “deprecate” is frequently misspelled
<https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9208091/the-difference-between-deprecated-depreciated-and-obsolete>
as “depreciate” by software developers. This happens in the sources of the
instrument-control package.

The patch attached to this bug report, which applies to the tip of the
Mercurial repository, fixes the problem.
