Follow-up Comment #7, bug #55727 (project octave):
It doesn't crash for me on Windows 10 with MXE Octave configured with:
./configure --enable-devel-tools --enable-windows-64 --enable-octave=default
--enable-binary-packages --with-ccache --with-pkg-dir=../mxe-octave-pkg
Which configure flags did you use?
Does it also crash if you only run the tests in CMatrix.cc-tst?
Could you try to gather a gdb backtrace of the crash?
