Details:

There is an annoying pop-up window (see attached image) most times that I
start octave-gui.exe. Sometimes octave starts with no error popup, so it does
not happen each time.

Have to click OK button in pop-up five times, then octave seems to work just
fine. It say something about qt_metacast function not found in jottaext64.dll.
Could be a QT bug maybe, but I only trigger this when running octave-gui. The
weird thing is that the jottaext dll is in another folder that I cannot see is
part of my PATH, so how is octave finding this dll in a folder from another
program? (comhem is a swedish internet provider that now has a onedrive like
cloud-drive, that is the jottaext location)

Thanks for a great piece of code, since I am not in a university anymore I
appreciate that I can run matlab code at home :-)
