Follow-up Comment #24, bug #60818 (project octave): To fix the ordering issue change the line reorderdtriidx = kron (1:nt, ones (1,nd-1))(p)(q); to reorderdtriidx = kron (1:nt, ones (1,nd-1))(p); Please check this I normally use lu on full matrixes so not completely across the two outputs of sparse matrices.
