Follow-up Comment #11:
These tests are still failing on Windows.
Afaict, the other bug was closed when the tests were changed to a xtests or
marked as known issues with bug report numbers. IIUC, this report is tracking
an actual fix. So, I think it should remain open.
Setting release to "dev".
