Update of bug #60528 (project octave):

                  Status:          Ready For Test => Fixed                  
             Open/Closed:                    Open => Closed                 
                 Release:                   6.2.0 => dev

Follow-up Comment #3:

The betaincinv function has been completely overhauled.  See the discussion
over on bug #60539.  The algorithm is much more accurate than before.  I added
a few BIST tests for extreme values in this changeset
