Follow-up Comment #8, bug #61172 (project octave):

Making another test it seems that the problem only happens with two monitors.
When I remove one monitor and use only one the problem not happens anymore.
However if i plug the second monitor and maximize I got the weird full screen
without task bar and other commands.

I have annexed two screenshots of my two monitor setup. .
