[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #60042] [octave forge] (sparsersb) Crash while

From: Markus Mützel
Subject: [Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #60042] [octave forge] (sparsersb) Crash while "pkg test sparsersb"
Date: Sun, 19 Sep 2021 08:29:22 -0400 (EDT)
User-agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/93.0.4577.82 Safari/537.36 Edg/93.0.961.52

Update of bug #60042 (project octave):

                  Status:               Confirmed => In Progress

Follow-up Comment #8:

I updated MXE Octave to librsb 1.2.0.10 locally also removing the `sed`
expression that you proposed to work around an error in version 1.2.0.9. (See
[1] for the current build rules, line 25.)

With that change, I cross-built Octave 7.0.1 (41eecdf76372).

Running `pkg test sparsersb` no longer crashes Octave.
One test is failing (minor syntax change). See the attached log.

Relevant command:

>> length( sparsersbtg () )
error: invalid empty index expression {}, use {:} instead
error: called from
    sparsersbtg at line 96 column 8
