Hi Markus, 

yes it works correctly. 

It show the message every now and then. 
If I close the file browser it does not display the message. 
If I start octave without the file browser it does not display the message.
But then, when I re-enable the file browser it shows the message. 

In my case everything started after google updated google drive. I noticed
that the message is referring to an entry (key) in the registry file, namely
"Software\Google\DriveFS\Share",  
which does not exists in my case. 

I also tried both the install version and zip version of octave from nightly
build and it is showing the message.
