Follow-up Comment #1, bug #61696 (project octave):

The vector Y has values between 0.5 and 1.0
but the color bar shows values and colors between 0.0 and 1.0

If I remove the "colorbar" command, the plot is correct in colors and in
colormap values 

I suspect a bug in the colorbar command
