Follow-up Comment #1, bug #61840 (project octave):
Yes, I have seen this previously with something else in signal. I have learned
that if it suddenly says it can't find a function that worked last week, I
should do "pkg install" again.
Do you have a suggestion for the wording of the error you wish to see?
