[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #61863] interp2 gives wrong results for complex matrices

Follow-up Comment #29, bug #61863 (project octave):

I rebased the proper patch onto default, since the m-file patches have been
applied to stable and stable got merged into default. 

This patch does the following.
* Fix __pchip_deriv__ for complex inputs and adds some tests to it.
* Remove the workaround in interp2.
* Remove the workaround in pchip.
