Follow-up Comment #14, bug #61813 (project octave):

Actually, I still have a problem that may be another variant of  this bug
(though I’m not 100% sure). 

More precisely, I get segfaults related to the manipulation of sparse matrices
within calls to mexCallMATLAB().

Does that ring a bell? Or should I endeavour to create a minimal reproduction
case?
