Follow-up Comment #2, bug #62115 (project octave):
I hadnt seen the error from cmake, but did know that the gdcm library
detection falls back to 'fallback' detection because cmake doesnt find it,
hence the warning.
Looking in the logs for a current mxe build, I see :
Linking C shared library libcmcurl.dll
Which looks to be successful, however the dll does not appear to get
installed.
