Hi, the periodogram function is part of Octave, not the signal processing
package, just a slight update to bug description.
Yes, the result for your example is a zero vector, and as far as I can tell
this is compatible with Matlab's periodogram function.
If there is a bug regarding this example, it might be that the documentation
isn't clear in some way. Can you help improve the help text, or maybe help
explain your expected result versus what the function is doing so the help
text can be more helpful?
