URL: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?62194> Summary: Default plot figures illegible on Windows w. high DPI display Project: GNU Octave Submitted by: None Submitted on: Thu 17 Mar 2022 09:38:17 PM UTC Category: Plotting Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Item Group: None Status: None Assigned to: None Originator Name: Chris Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Release: 6.4.0 Discussion Lock: Any Operating System: Microsoft Windows _______________________________________________________ Details: Using the same script to produce plots on Matlab vs. Octave on Windows 10 with a high-ish DPI display (3840 x 2160 pixels) results in legible Matlab plots but illegible Octave plots. The Octave plots are too small to read. Examples of the same plot produced by the two programs are given for comparison. _______________________________________________________ File Attachments: ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Thu 17 Mar 2022 09:38:17 PM UTC Name: Octave.PNG Size: 45KiB By: None <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/download.php?file_id=52995> ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Thu 17 Mar 2022 09:38:17 PM UTC Name: Matlab.PNG Size: 78KiB By: None <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/download.php?file_id=52996> _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?62194> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
