Follow-up Comment #3, bug #62215 (project octave):
There are so many ways to create temp files and temp file names and each seems
to have a different way of managing (or not) security and things like
environment variables or the setting of P_tmpdir, etc. I agree that it would
be good to have consistent behavior, I'm just not sure how to get there.
